Tom and the team at Chapplins did a great job in tricky circumstances - a long chain, the collapse of said chain and a new chain that had many moving parts. Tom was always quick to respond to queries and if he was unavailable, Peter was ready to pick up the reins. We founded property with this bad company and we are paying the holding deposit £300. Nearly 2 month been waiting for their decision; and nothing been done, to check for 2 months, waisting our time, money. So, before you pay first deposit-thinking...your money never returned and property you will never get. I should be call to financial police to taking my money for nothing and they don't want working to making checking of documents me and my partner working ages he on council and I'm at Brand company....its just shock of my live to loose for nothing £300 working so hard...and they just do nothing for this hudge amount money. I recently used Chapplins of Liss to help me find a flat to rent. I had a fantastic experience overall and a special mention to Lucy Mann, my letting agent who has been incredible throughout the whole process. She was there every step of the way, supporting me and making sure everything that needed to be done was done. Lucy took me to the flat to measure up and showed me everything I needed whilst I was there. She has been a fantastic letting agent and I know she will be as supportive and fantastic as she has been for me throughout the whole process for anyone looking to rent, I could not recommend her more highly! Chapplins have been pretty good to me over the last 13 years. They managed my house rental consistently well and went the extra mile now and again when necessary. Very professional. But what I'd like to add on top of all that is that they are very human in how they approach you and their business.
