Jorgia Tye from Charters Chandlers Ford is simply the best estate agent we have ever met. We have viewed a lot of houses from various companies and dealt with a couple of estate agents and Jorgia has to be the best at coming prepared when we viewed houses with her. She seemed to have studied the houses we were viewing, told us the important informations that we needed to know, and if ever there were questions that she did not have answers to, she took notes of the questions so that she could find answers for us. It has been a great experience viewing houses with Jorgia. Thank you Jorgia. ??

This is about Jorgia Tye who has been actively trying to find my next perfect home. My own house is not for sale with Jorgia, but I registered with Charters to ensure I was seeing all potential properties on the market. Jorgia is relentless in understanding what I want, what I don't want and is very enthusiastic yet authentic in her style and approach. She would not show me properties unless she really felt they had enough positives, yet encouraged me to open my eyes to opportunities. She really takes the time to understand your needs with a fine mix of a personal & professional touch.

Lily has been exceptional throughout our search for a new home in Southampton. She has been incredibly helpful in securing our new property and guiding us through the reference checks. Although a recent change to my bank details caused some complications with the referencing company, requiring numerous phone calls, Lily handled the situation with utmost patience and professionalism. We were so well looked after by the team at Charters Farnham from start to finish. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and they made the whole experience stress-free.<br><br>They found us a wonderful little cottage and guided us through every step, making sure everything went as smoothly as possible. The team were always professional, and incredibly efficient.<br><br>Their spacious, and welcoming office in Farnham reflects the excellent service they provide. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Charters Farnham to anyone looking for an estate agent that genuinely cares about its clients.

We originally bought our house through Charters, who happened to be the selling agent, and were so impressed by how well we were looked after as buyers that, when it came to selling our home, we knew we wanted to go back to them.<br><br>Toby was absolutely brilliant from start to finish. He genuinely treated our house as if it were his own, taking the time to understand all the little details and personal touches that made it special to us. He kept us completely in the loop with feedback throughout and worked hard to make sure we found the right buyers for our much-loved home, not simply the quickest sale.<br><br>We really felt that Toby cared about getting the right result for us, and his personal approach made the whole process so much easier. We couldn’t recommend Toby and the Charters of Alton team highly enough.

Incessant and annoying mail marketing. When I asked them to stop sending flyers they continued sending them to my vacant property and despite being signed up with another agent.<br><br>Addendum following the reply below: The date of my review was 6 months ago, the reply below was 4 hrs ago exemplifying my point. I am still receiving these irritating flyers which are counter productive as I won't use this annoying agency.

From the initial meeting to discuss the house sale, to actually getting it on the market and selling had been hassle free. The team from Beals have been great. Communication has been so quick and the relay of messages has been good. Couldn't ask for more.
