We used Cheffins to sell our house and had a very disappointing experience. We found a member of the sales progression team to be extremely rude, unhelpful and unfortunately made the process/experience much more challenging. Contrary, Adam, the negotiator (salesperson) was brilliant from the first point of contact and he is the only reason this review isn’t rated a one star.

Cheffins have been great throughout the house buying process. They were accommodating for viewings, working around my availability. The staff were knowledgeable, and had a very good balance between giving space and being on hand whilst looking around. The team have been very communicative with quick responses and receptive to my preferred communication methods. The support from the staff handling my purchase, Jack Bidwell, Neave Chambers, and Josh Bolton, has been a great help and I appreciate their work. On completion of my purchase Cheffins gave me a box of treats to welcome me to my new home which was a lovely, kind touch. Great service and would highly recommend.

Andrew, Sophie, Imogen and Kristie were a great team in helping us to sell our property! They kept us well informed throughout the process and we felt we could easily turn to them for help with any questions or concerns. Everyone we spoke to was so friendly and we would definitely use them again in the future!

From the very first viewing through to agreeing both our sale and purchase, the team at Cheffins Ely have been outstanding.<br><br>Joe Pluck has been fantastic throughout the process. He has always been approachable, honest and professional, taking the time to keep us informed and answer any questions we had. We never felt pressured, and his communication has been excellent, particularly during what can be a stressful time.<br><br>We also really appreciate the work of the sales progression team, especially Kelly and Neave, who has been proactive in keeping everything moving and explaining the next steps as we progress towards exchange.<br><br>Buying and selling a home can be an emotional experience, but Cheffins have made it feel organised, transparent and well managed. Their local knowledge, professionalism and genuine care for their clients really stand out.<br><br>A huge thank you to Joe, Adam, Jack, Dan, Kelly, Neave and everyone at Cheffins. Very disappointing experience.<br><br>Whenever the matter was not in their interest, it took them more than a week to reply. I've never experienced such slow communication with any other agency. It made the whole process unnecessarily stressful and frustrating.<br><br>I would not recommend this agency.

We had a fantastic experience with Cheffins Haverhill while purchasing our new home. From the very beginning, the team was professional, friendly, and always willing to help. Buying a house can be a stressful process, but they made everything much smoother with their excellent communication and support throughout.
A special thank you to Caroline, who went above and beyond to assist us at every stage. Her dedication, patience, and prompt responses kept us informed and reassured throughout the purchase.
