Years ago Clubleys had a less than perfect reputation. Now they are the go to estate agents in Pocklington, thanks to the excellent work of all the staff there. They are all really good to deal with and offer an excellent service.

I used three well-known estate agents in Pocklington to value my property, and although all were professional and offered a similar service, Lisa Brady from Clubley’s really stood out. She was the reason I chose them — and I’m so glad I did.<br><br>Lisa and her team have been exceptional from start to finish. Whenever I called, my call was answered promptly, and whoever I spoke to knew who I was and which property I was selling. They either dealt with my query immediately or quickly put me through to someone who could. Every member of the team was friendly, professional and genuinely empathetic.<br><br>I particularly appreciated the weekly calls with updates on progress and feedback from viewings. When an offer came in, my response and the negotiation were handled quickly and efficiently, and I believe both my buyer and I were very happy with the outcome.<br><br>Their communication and support continued right through the legal process and all the way to completion. I always felt informed and looked after.<br><br>Thank you, Lisa, and your fantastic team, for making what can be a very stressful experience feel so much easier. I have worked with Kerry on several house transactions over the years, so she was the first person I called when my tenant gave notice and we needed to get the house ready and find new, reliable tenants.<br><br>As someone who lives outside of Hull, it’s really important to me that I can leave everything in the hands of people I know and trust, without having to constantly be there in person.<br><br>Kerry, Holly and the whole team were amazing from start to finish. They took care of everything, kept me updated throughout the process and have found us the perfect match for our rental property.<br><br>It makes such a difference having a team you can rely on, particularly when you’re managing a property from a distance.<br><br>I would highly recommend Kerry, Holly and the team.
