I had an entirely positive experience with the Sales team at Galbraith in Ayr while selling my late father’s property. From my first meeting with Natalie through to the viewing, appraisal and agreement of the services included, the whole process was straightforward and handled smoothly. Vivien was initially my day-to-day contact and was consistently friendly, thorough and helpful. Once the closing date had been set, Brandan managed the handover seamlessly, ensuring that everything remained clear, concise and on track. The photography and drone footage were of an excellent standard, and the property sold within six weeks of coming to market for above the asking price. At what was a difficult time for our family, the team provided a professional, supportive and efficient service. I could not have wished for a better experience and would happily recommend Galbraith in Ayr.

We cannot rate Vivien, Natalie and all the team at Galbraith Ayr highly enough. They are genuinely a masterclass into how to be an excellent agent. Their communications were regular and proactive and they were skilled in their advice and guidance as to how best to structure our property and land for sale. We knew of course that our property could not be the only sale they were handling, but somehow they made us feel as if that were the case. They care and it shows. If you are selling your home, farm or land we absolutely recommend Galbraith. They are fantastic.

We have been absolutely delighted with the service we received from Vivien and her colleagues at Galbraiths in Ayr which totally exceeded our expectations in every way. Vivien looked after us flawlessly from start to finish, with daily phone calls and endless charm and enthusiasm. Our farm and land were beautifully marketed, the photos and drone footage were superb and marketing reached far and wide. We received numerous viewers and sold the property promptly at a good price. The personal, friendly and professional service was so reassuring as Vivien helped and advised at every stage of the process and spent as much time as we needed to ensure a seamless sale. We cannot thank Vivien and Galbraiths enough and would definitely recommend to other sellers for a top class, personalised sales experience.

We can’t thank Fiona enough for the incredible support she gave us during what was an extremely stressful house move. From start to finish, she was professional, proactive, and genuinely caring.
Fiona kept us informed every step of the way, always responding quickly to our questions and chasing things up when needed. Her calm manner and reassuring attitude made a huge difference during some particularly challenging moments. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and she consistently went above and beyond to keep everything moving smoothly.

This used to be a decent enough place until they employed idiots during the pandemic. The Shirley one who started in 2021 is particularly rude and obnoxious. She simply will not answer emails or return calls. Nothing professional about her at all but I guess when you pay peanuts you get monkeys! ???????
