I had my viewing on Tuesday, and can move in on Saturday thanks to Laura. She has been incredibly helpful with any questions I have had, and has helped make the process fast and efficient as well as being friendly and kind. Thank you so much Laura!<br><br>Edit: The property manager Oliver has been very kind and helpful with recent repairs that needed carrying out on the property. Although we had some miscommunications at first, this was sorted and Oliver has been very responsive to property repairs that I have logged, often responding before 24 hours! Thank you for your help Oliver ??????

The WORST estate agency I've come across, incompetent to another level!<br><br>If you're wanting someone who doesn't know the property, can't update you and when you're lucky enough to get hold of someone you're passed pillar to post and then someone else who doesn't know what's happening then this could be a fit for you.

I went with Clive Watkin for the sale of my home. I can’t recommend them enough, from the moment Olivia came out to value my property to completion of the sale. Olivia was warm, friendly and honest about my property and explained the process and costs for me to understand. Katie then took over handling the questions and liaising with myself and the buyer always very prompt to respond. The office gives a welcoming, friendly, respectful vibe. A shout out to Danielle from countrywide mortgages who has been superb with helping me and my ongoing purchase.

Olivia was fantastic in selling our childhood home, she was caring and understanding and kept us informed with everything about the sale. Would definitely recommend if you are looking to sell your home.

Had may house on the market with Clive Watkins for 4 months only had a 4 viewing. The staff showing people around my house did now anything about the area and what was around

I was skeptical about finding a new home in real time, and one that I might love and would accommodate my family.<br><br>I reached out to Clive Watkins after I saw their advert on RightMove. Danica Merner reached out to me and quickly arranged my house viewing.<br><br>She arrived on time, was friendly, professional and dealt kindly with us. I loved that the house viewing wasn’t a group viewing (I hate those). When we expressed interest in renting the house, she reassured us that we can sleep over our decision and she will call us back the following day to confirm our interest.<br><br>She reached out as promised, started the referencing process and ensured that it was finalised in a timely manner. When things don’t go as planned, she constantly reached out to us and communicated promptly.<br><br>When we raised issues that needed fixing, she promised to follow those up. I would recommend Clive Watkins and Danica any day.
