Don’t understand the criteria of application. My son, owns his own business , his wife & 5 really well mannered level headed kids applied for a property after viewing to be told the “owner” decided they were not suitable? No credit searches, no full application only how many occupants. Is this discrimination against have a large family and assuming they’re reliant on benefits? He has private rented for some 15 years and never missed a payment. Maybe Clyde should work a bit harder to satisfy owners & renters.

Excellent service throughout, from initial contact to discuss prospects, possible prices and costs, through to finalising the sale of the house. Friendly and professional at every stage with absolutely no pressure applied. Sales materials, from really well-wriiten text to superb videos, including drone footage of the property and surrounds, were outstanding. Good at helping manage the sale, discussing useful changes and following up and reporting back prospective buyer interests and dislikes. I can't imagine the process being handled better. A big thanks to the area director Allan and manager, Seona.
