I recently sold my house with colubrid and cannot fault them , my house was sold within 2 weeks. We had around 30 viewings in the first week with several offers.
I was kept up to date at every stage, we had a buyer pull out and the next day they had another buyer at the same offer ready to go.
Special mention to Joshua who did the valuation , he made me feel at ease straight away and I trusted he could sell the house quickly.
The whole team are really friendly and easy to get in touch with.

From the initial meeting with valuation, Colubrid made an impression that they knew what they were talking about and had the means to get my house sold. I was super impressed by the efficiency of their booking system for viewings and the lie communication has been brilliant. Sold my house quickly and couldn’t be happier with their service.
