Just went for a my first viewing today with Colubrid in Chelmer Village Chelmsford and I must say I am very impressed with the service we have received so far! We were extremely pleased with Colubrid and their approach and support with selling our house. We had seen their agents in chelmer village square and other houses with their signs up. That along with their personable approach and good commission rates made us choose this agent and we were not disappointed and sold our house in a week. They weren’t as pushy as other agents we had had round and that we liked. Millie in particular was extremely friendly and professional and I was pleased she was the one doing the viewings on our home which resulted in success. Would use this agent again.

I recently sold my house with colubrid and cannot fault them , my house was sold within 2 weeks. We had around 30 viewings in the first week with several offers.
I was kept up to date at every stage, we had a buyer pull out and the next day they had another buyer at the same offer ready to go.
Special mention to Joshua who did the valuation , he made me feel at ease straight away and I trusted he could sell the house quickly.
The whole team are really friendly and easy to get in touch with.
