We went with Crofts estate agents after having several valuations as they were more optimistic about our property ( which needed lots of work) the house received several offers and we were delighted to have sold it in a reasonable amount of time

Quick prompt service, photos where taken by estate agent and not their external photographer at my request as wanted house on the market quicker. House sold in 1 day so goes to show professional isnt always necessary. Donna checked in weekly with me via email or call to ensure everything was moving along swiftly and was very good at keeping me updated.

Very little communication. Clearly over valued the property to get business. Needing pushing to try and promote. Never really seemed interested in selling.

From start to finish their was great support , their communication with us the conveyancer the buyer and the seller was great. With regular update and remind of I need it. Very patient and always polite in courteous. I have used crofts Twice now to sell and buy houses and I would use again if I was to sell but I'm not planning on it.
