I dealt largely with Nick Plumb in the Newmarket Office. The property had already proven difficult to sell when I approached Nick. David Burr found a buyer and Nick helped the negotiations and then pushed everything through, with considerable and constant input and effort on his part, for the duration of the process. He communicated well, and importantly, very regularly, not only with me but with the buyers and both solicitors, in order to keep the deal moving. I really appreciated his expertise but most of all his ongoing attention and communication, which were well beyond expectations.

We recently purchased a beautifully situated property which, as well as requiring modernisation, presented several complications and challenges throughout the buying process.<br><br>The team at David Burr, Castle Hedingham, were excellent from start to finish. Their communication was particularly impressive – regular updates, prompt responses and a genuinely proactive approach meant we always knew where things stood. Refreshingly, we never had to chase for information.<br><br>A special thank you to Tim for his hard work, patience and determination in helping everyone navigate the challenges and bringing the sale to a successful conclusion.<br><br>We would certainly use David Burr again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend the Castle Hedingham team.

Richard, Tim and Gemma in their little office at Headingham are lovely people with a great sense of humour.<br>They are kind, polite and very professional, its been an absolute pleasure to deal with them. It was to the larger extent Richard who delt with our sale.<br>It was a difficult property they sold for us, and I think if it weren't for their doggedness and good communication i think it would still be on the market today.<br>If one has a property for sale in the area i couldn't recommend their little team highly enough. It's taken me a couple of weeks to get to write this review but the team at Leavenheath have been fantastic throughout this protracted sale having produced three purchasers over the period. The first was affected by Liz Truss the second someone trying to buy involving Cryptocurrency (you couldn't write it)
They stuck with me throughout the whole process and found the third and successful buyer. Availability on the telephone and communication in general was great.
They clearly smoothed what would otherwise have been a very bumpy ride in the market we were selling in.
