How many of you can say that you contacted an estate agent on a Tuesday and by the following Tuesday you received confirmation that your property has provisionally sold? I can. David Burr visited my house discussed details and value, measured up, took photos, produced a brochure, identified and contacted prospective buyers for a viewing which proved successful; all within a week. This was due to the professionalism of the team at Castle Hedingham who I found knowledgeable, personable and helpful. So thank you to Tim, Richard and Gemma who kept a tight grip on the process and enabled my move to be conducted smoothly.

Richard Beko and his team made the sale of our house as stress free as is possible. All the staff were excellent and helped us no end in selling our house. It was a difficult and emotional experience for us but they were most understanding and guided us to a successful sale

It's taken me a couple of weeks to get to write this review but the team at Leavenheath have been fantastic throughout this protracted sale having produced three purchasers over the period. The first was affected by Liz Truss the second someone trying to buy involving Cryptocurrency (you couldn't write it)
They stuck with me throughout the whole process and found the third and successful buyer. Availability on the telephone and communication in general was great.
They clearly smoothed what would otherwise have been a very bumpy ride in the market we were selling in.
