We had had our property up for sale with another local agent and it didn't sell. We changed to D B Roberts on the 23rd September 2026 and had an offer on the 21st October 2026, less than a month!!!
They are so efficient, you can get them on the phone when needed which is rare these days. They keep you completely updated of what's going on, you don't have to chase them. We are so delighted that we put the house up for sale with them. I would 100% recommend them.

Emily is extremely efficient, friendly and helpful. She responds promptly and always does her best. What a find!<br>In addition, Jane showed us around the property and was excellent too! Her great knowledge of the area was very helpful.
