I had mixed personal reviews prior to my contacting Dourish and Day but I will NOT using them to sell my property as I'm appalled at the "it's not my job" attitude. I will be contacting the estate agency that sold my parents bungalow as they were proactive and cheaper fees!
They refused to let myself, or my property agency, know the date/times of Dourish and Day availability for a valuation so an appointment could be arranged with my tenant. They also refused to make ONE phone call and contact the tenant directly as Dourish and Day had misunderstood what my tenant had said upon initial contact. My agent informed me that they have tried making contact but are awaiting a response from Dourish and Day which Dourish and Day have denied. When I requested an update this is the response "We will not move forward until they call us with the tenants availability for us to attend as it is their responsibility to clear things with them."

Very impressed with the service from Dourish & Day in Penkridge from start to finish. Always kept informed and with viewings and offers being logged on an app it means you can easily keep track of everything. Would recommend and use again for sure.

A big thank you to the team at Dourish & Day for all the help and support with the sale of my mother’s home after her move to a care home.

Very quick and easy process, the Street App is a great way to keep up to speed with all viewings. We received 3 offers within a week of going on the market and SSTC within 2 weeks of appointing D&D.
