Having sold my property though Earle office in Henley in Arden I can highly recommend these agents. They acted professional, helpfully and keep us abreast of how the process was going. What more they always did what they said they would and did it on time.
The guidance of both Emily and Rodger was invaluable and made the whole purchase process so much less stressful

Only have sellers interest at heart, awful one sided. Told seller wanted to sell despite being up for rent and buy then rented while contemplating upping offer on flat which sale was agreed last year for £17k under the ask due to valuation being lowered to reflect condition and market. Done me a favour really it will be up for £120k next year.

Our sale which finally completed this week has given me faith in the role of estate agents and that there are really good agents out there after some genuinely terrible earlier experiences. Emily was calm and professional from start to finish (even when I was neither of those things!). She not only found a buyer and got us three different offers within ten days of going on the market at a price that we were happy with but she went above and beyond to keep the chain together, to make sure we didn't lose our buyers when their sale fell through and to give me enough information to make the process as low stress and un-traumatic as possible.
Highly recommended.

Becki and David have been without a doubt the best team to have onboard with the sale of my property. They were not only incredibly professional, but were honest; went the extra mile checking in on the property on numerous occasions to ensure all was well (as I do not live locally) and they gave me sound updates whenever they could.
Having experienced the other well known estate agents in Alcester previously; I could not have been more relieved to finally entrust my property with two people who actually, truly cared - they advised the correct sale price, even organised some small repairs to occur at a very fair rate and I shall be forever grateful for their assistance and hard work.
