Only have sellers interest at heart, awful one sided. Told seller wanted to sell despite being up for rent and buy then rented while contemplating upping offer on flat which sale was agreed last year for £17k under the ask due to valuation being lowered to reflect condition and market. Becki and David have been without a doubt the best team to have onboard with the sale of my property. They were not only incredibly professional, but were honest; went the extra mile checking in on the property on numerous occasions to ensure all was well (as I do not live locally) and they gave me sound updates whenever they could.
