I would like to start by saying a massive thank you to all the team at Edward Mellor and special thank you to Elliot, Clare Simone and Matthew. For all the hard work and support helping me sale my property. Before I was with different estate agents (my property club) to which i was unhappy and unsatisfied, after 5 weeks with them and hardly and viewing booked and no feedback I was very frustrated with them. To which then i decided to go with Edward Mellor and spoke to Elliot who was amazing with everything and the rest of the team. With Edward Mellor I had loads of views and constant feedback and always available when contacting them. So massive thank you to Edward Mellor and team at the Denton branch. Simone at Edward Mellors Denton has been absolutely great through this process, infact all the staff have been amazing. Understanding the stresses of the house buying/selling process from the clients point of view while remaining professional yet friendly makes the world of difference to this difficult time.

Edward Mellor have so much knowledge of the local area in Woodley, we felt very confident with them taking on the sale and our house sold within about a week. Super quick at getting it listed and efficient with organising viewings so we couldn’t really ask for more!
