Put my house on the market back in January with Edward Mellor (Hazel Grove) Chris came out to value our property and put it on the market, and Emma who helped market our property was both amazing. They sold our property on opening day for the full asking price. Zoe and Sue mortgage advisors was also 5*s , with there help and advice: But I would just like to say how disappointed we was we the after sale department after this. I got a call afew weeks later from a lady called Natalie Jenkins who said I’m your sale coordinator, and I will be looking after you through to completion. Well I just want to say how shocking the service was I received. I would call and she would never answer, it like she’d diverted my number, I would leave endless messages for her and she never returned my calls.(even the agent I was buying off struggled to reach her) Literally think I spoke with her twice in 6 months. I learnt more from my sale agent then I did from Edward Mellor.<br>Then the day we completed she was on the phone asking at what time the keys would be dropped in by! Just think certain problem shouldn’t be in certain roles if they can’t fulfill them.

Simone Stubbs at Edward Mellor/Denton has been wonderful throughout my property search. She has made the whole experience a pleasure. Simone has been patient, kind and incredibly proactive from the outset. When my offer on the house was accepted, she stayed behind after work to give me the good news personally, which meant a great deal to me.<br>I am genuinely grateful for all the help, guidance and support she has provided.<br>In addition the other members of staff have always been helpful and responsive.
