?Very disappointing experience with EweMove.
?I chose their most expensive package and even paid extra for photos, but the pictures were poor and the listing went live with missing information. Despite charging a hefty 15% of the monthly rent, they only arranged a few viewings over two months and failed to find a tenant.
?To make matters worse, they broke my balcony door during a viewing. While they initially agreed to pay for the damage, they first stalled by telling me I’d have to wait two weeks until they returned from holiday. Now, they are outright refusing to pay for the damage they caused.
?I listed the flat myself on OpenRent and found a great tenant in just 3 days. EweMove provided an incredibly expensive service with very poor results, capped off by a complete lack of integrity regarding the property damage. I strongly recommend avoiding them.

We couldn’t be happier with our experience working with Paul. When we were choosing an estate agent we knew we needed someone with expertise, but it was Paul’s fantastic personality that truly won us over. You can’t buy a great personality and in the end, it was exactly his warmth and charisma that sold our house.<br><br>Paul doesn’t just do his job he truly goes above and beyond for his clients. We hit a few stressful difficulties when it came to exchanging contracts, but Paul completely stepped up. He did all the heavy lifting and constant chasing behind the scenes, entirely taking the stress off our shoulders.<br><br>If you want an agent who is brilliant at what they do and will give you 110%, Paul is your man.
