Ashley was brilliant from the very start and his team were always on hand to answer any questions. Jess gave us updates every week regarding our house sale and purchase, we didn’t have to chase anyone at all! If I had to do it all again I wouldn’t even bother contacting another agent, these guys would get picked every time!

Throughout the sale of my property all staff I dealt with were friendly and it felt as though they were going above what would be expected from a normal estate agent. I would definitely recommend using Price Independent Estate Agents.

We decided to use Riva Lily after our daughter recommended them to us after following them on social media. Must say, everything was as they said and we were very happy with the photos and service. The group whatsapp was easy for keeping in touch and we liked the fact they handled the viewings for us. Very happy to recommend them in Loughborough.

I feel the marketing of my property was very poor. It was placed online and forgot about, no other marketing explored or attempts to get buyers in through the door.
The only contact I had from my agent was to push for the price to be lowered.
I decided to list with a dual agent and the property was sold in a few weeks.
