Marc Cox was a great choice of estate agent. Competitively priced. He told us exactly what we needed to do. Communication was fast and clear. House went under offer quickly. Would definitely recommend and if we were staying local we would use again.

As promised by Ali Harper, he found us a buyer who gave a firm offer for the asking price after being on the market for less than 3 weeks. The 3rd person to view the property made their offer upon 2nd viewing
