We cannot recommend Georgina highly enough! She has been exceptional throughout the entire process of purchasing our new home.
From the beginning, Georgina has been incredibly friendly, approachable and knowledgeable about the property. It is clear that she takes a genuine interest in both the house and her clients.
She has kept us fully up to date at every stage, and has gone above and beyond to help us, even taking calls and assisting us outside of normal working hours.
Her communication has been fantastic, particularly when liaising with the solicitors, and she has always been honest and reassuring. She has put us at ease throughout what can be a very stressful process.

We put our house on the market beginning of June. Darren was very knowledgeable of the area and we discussed valuation. He got onto the advertising immediately using social media with professional photographs making our house look amazing! Within 6 days we had an offer! Darren kept us fully informed throughout our journey and went above and beyond. We got our house sold in the end but the guy who was given to us, didn’t do a good job, late to appointments, didn’t tell the truth about we were with buyers. Don’t think this guy works there now but it is the owners responsibility to see what was going on.

I feel the marketing of my property was very poor. It was placed online and forgot about, no other marketing explored or attempts to get buyers in through the door.
The only contact I had from my agent was to push for the price to be lowered.
I decided to list with a dual agent and the property was sold in a few weeks.

Chris has been excellent throughout the process, both selling and supporting me in the purchase process. He has gone above and beyond in all his support. The images to support my sale were some of the best I've ever seen, with additional video and drone images of the area. His narrative to describe my home was engaging not just a bland description of a room. He understood that you are not just selling a property but a lifestyle. I cannot rate him high enough.
