Ashley was brilliant from the very start and his team were always on hand to answer any questions. Jess gave us updates every week regarding our house sale and purchase, we didn’t have to chase anyone at all! If I had to do it all again I wouldn’t even bother contacting another agent, these guys would get picked every time!

Throughout the sale of my property all staff I dealt with were friendly and it felt as though they were going above what would be expected from a normal estate agent. I would definitely recommend using Price Independent Estate Agents.

We decided to use Riva Lily after our daughter recommended them to us after following them on social media. Must say, everything was as they said and we were very happy with the photos and service. The group whatsapp was easy for keeping in touch and we liked the fact they handled the viewings for us. Very happy to recommend them in Loughborough.

We got our house sold in the end but the guy who was given to us, didn’t do a good job, late to appointments, didn’t tell the truth about we were with buyers. Don’t think this guy works there now but it is the owners responsibility to see what was going on.
