We had the best experience with Fairfield Estates, Watford. We were looked after by Allan who helped us sell our late father's home, an emotional business. Allan was extremely sympathetic and practical. We were kept informed of all developments as they happened and Allan put himself out to facilitate gardeners gaining access to the property despite this being 'out of office hours'. The agent's knowledge of the local area was greatly appreciated and the house sold far quicker than we could have hoped in the current market. We felt fully supported throughout the process and would not hesitate to recommend Fairfield Estates to anyone.

Both my Brother and myself recently sold our Family Home of 53 years , due to sad circumstances, through Megan Elvins and John Buckley. On first meeting John, he was very professional and friendly, making myself feel very assured that we'd chosen the right Estate Agent for us. We felt their valuation was spot on, the marketing photos looked great with communication via WhatsApp and email being very good from start to finish. Megan, especially, kept myself calm, as it was a very stressful process over 10 months. Megan came across as being very professional, friendly with a calming influence. We couldn't have undertaken this sale without Megan and John. Highly recommend Fairfield Estate Agents.

I had a really positive experience with the Fairfield estate agents while buying my house. They were very helpful, professional and supportive throughout the whole process. We couldn’t have asked for a better service from start to finish. Fairfields filled us with confidence : they felt friendly, professional and incredibly helpful throughout the sale of my father’s property.<br><br>It was great that they are ao knowledgeable of the area, and we were kept fully up to date throughout the process of our sale, with regular information about viewings and even how many times the property had been viewed online. Communication was excellent, with updates by both email and text, and we were always made to feel welcome to get in touch with any questions or concerns.<br><br>They genuinely went above and beyond. On one occasion, Allan even drove to the property before starting his working day to unlock the side gate so that the gardeners could keep the garden looking lovely for the new owners, and then returned after work to lock up again. That really sums up the level of care and commitment that has been shown.<br><br>I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for an estate agent who are not only professional, but genuinely willing to go the extra mile : x

I contacted Fairfield following the death of a family member, the solicitor needed a valuation of the house, I first spoke to John who was very kind, the solicitor got the valuation and the house went on the market, I was given regular updates by Daryl who was very helpful, the house was sold quickly, Daryl kept me and the solicitor up to date on every step, the entire team at Fairfield were wonderful and I would recommend them to anyone who is buying or selling a home.

We have just sold our house with Churchills in Bushey. From the valuation to completion it took just 22 weeks. Every single member of staff from branch manager to the rest of the team were absolutely amazing. We were given regular updates and were helped with every step of the process. We had a high volume of viewings with a number of offers. It was actually our second viewers that became the purchasers. Communication was excellent and nothing was too much trouble. Francesco and his team come highly from us and get our top marks. Well done guys. ???????????? ? ? ? ? ?
