The agent we met didn't introduce herself when we arrived for viewing. After viewing didn't ask us for any feedback. We found this very unprofessional.

Well, basically told things by the senior agent which were not the fact at all and he even smirked at me when I gave him an initial offer price.
Would not recommend them after our experience.

I cannot recommend Katie enough. She is a true professional who knows her market well and was so helpful when we were searching for a new home recently. Whilst we didn’t buy a property through FBM in the end, I have to say that her experience in the property market, together with her engaging personality, makes her stand out from other estate agents.
