Selling our home through Fenn Wright Felixstowe was a far more complex process than we ever anticipated, with a challenging property chain and several issues that had to be worked through before we could exchange.<br><br>Throughout it all, Charley was absolutely outstanding. Her communication was second to none she kept us informed every step of the way, was always proactive in providing updates, and was incredibly responsive whenever we had questions or needed reassurance. At what was often a very stressful time, knowing Charley was keeping everything moving and ensuring everyone was communicating made a huge difference.<br><br>Nothing ever seemed too much trouble. The whole team at Fenn Wright in Manningtree have been excellent from start to finish in helping us buy our new house. Kaleigh in particular was very quick to give us updates, call to check-in and didn't leave us waiting at the end of the phone in what can be a quite stressful process. She spoke to the solicitors and translated a lot of the complex legal terms into plain English for us which was greatly appreciated. I have nothing but good things to say about the team and would like to thank them for all of their hard work!

Happy with service received. I found Kaleigh and Ben very helpful and always spoke with interest in client and property. Luckily it didn't take too long to sell, so no real difficulties, fairly straightforward sale. Very grateful for help received.

Fennwright as not acted in my best interest upon end of tenancy. I paid my rents and never delayed a minute and when I ended my tenancy upon expiration of agreement, I was presented a bill of £505 which I found to be unfair to me. I contacted Fennwright and it’s clear my opinion and interest doesn’t matter to them except for that of the landlord. I am also your client and deserve better treatment. Not sure I can deal with Fennwright again because it’s clear they are on the side of the landlord and not the tenants

Chris and Jo from Fenn Wright are both very experienced and professional and certainly know their stuff. They are both very friendly and approachable and were on hand to guide as and when was necessary. I would use them again to sell my house.
