We had the pleasure of working with Steve from Fenn Wright from the early part of last year right through to the end of October 2025, when we finally completed on our purchase.
To say our house sale was challenging would be an understatement! At times it honestly felt like moving into the property Fenn Wright were representing might never happen. We ended up having to sell our house three separate times, which definitely made the journey a stressful one.
Throughout the entire process, Steve was absolutely unbelievable. His guidance, patience, and constant reassurance made a huge difference. My wife and I even started to dread the weekly Friday 2pm catch-up calls at one point, but somehow Steve always managed to make things feel calmer and a little less stressful each week.
What really stood out was how much he genuinely cared he even called us on his day off just to congratulate us when everything finally went through.
We actually laugh about those Friday calls now!
A huge thank you to Steve for sticking with us through such a rollercoaster and helping us finally get there. We’re incredibly grateful.

Kirsty, Paul and the team at Fenn Wright did an incredible job from start to finish in selling our house. They were friendly, enthusiastic and professional. We received frequent updates, and Kirsty was excellent at helping chase the various stakeholders to help the sale process run as smooth as possible. We recommend them highly if you are selling or buying a house in the Colchester area.

I have put this as 4 star simply because when I first used Fenn Wright Stanway there were a few hiccups and things did not always go smoothly. However, over the past 6 months things greatly improved and I will thank Mel and Emily for promptly answering queries and sorting things out for me at the end of my stint as a landlord. Many thanks

I sold and bought through Fenn Wright Stanway branch and I can't fault them. They were incredibly helpful from start to finish, handling all house viewings of the property I was selling and helping to get my purchase through without any problems. Kirsty was amazing, liaising with solicitors and all parties involved to keep things progressing quickly and making sure everyone was kept up to date.

Chris and Jo from Fenn Wright are both very experienced and professional and certainly know their stuff. They are both very friendly and approachable and were on hand to guide as and when was necessary. I would use them again to sell my house.

Our experience with Fenn Wright has been brilliant. Kirsty has been a driving force throughout the sales process, making sure we were kept up to date at every stage. The rest of the sales team were also friendly and professional, helping us whenever we had any questions.
We just wished we had more time when we went to view the house initially.
