Cannot recommend this team enough. As a first time buyer, the process can be a little daunting, but the team here always were there to sort any issues or answer any questions. We were regularly kept informed and the overall service provided was great. Through my multiple emails, calls and questions there was always someone there to answer me and help us along the way.

Outstanding service from start to finish. We recently sold our home through Fenn Wright Chelmsford and could not be happier with the experience.
The whole team were professional, proactive, honest and supportive throughout what can be a very stressful process. Communication was excellent at every stage, with regular updates, quick responses and genuine care shown from day one.
A special thank you to Josh, Scott and the team for working so hard to secure the right buyer and for keeping everything moving smoothly. Their advice, reassurance and dedication made a huge difference to us.

PLEASE READ.
This estate agency is a joke, rented a property from them for two years in Ipswich, on 4 separate occasions they allowed people to go in the house without out my knowledge or permission.. FOUR TIMES. Breaking the contract and just a cheap apology. Then I move out and 5 weeks later they are charging me for dust, and grass in the garden to be cut both was done when I moved out. There is no support for the tenant with this estate agency, they just don’t care. Worst estate agents ever. Avoid at all costs. I’m now taking them and the landlord to court.

We were extremely pleased with the way the sale of our property was handled by Fenn Wright. From start to finish, the entire process was managed with professionalism and care.
Matt did an outstanding job with the photography; his eye for detail is exceptional. He clearly takes great pride in his work and goes the extra mile to ensure the property is presented in the best possible light.
Tracy managed our sale and after-sales process, and she was truly exceptional. She was always on top of everything, consistently keeping all parties informed and ensuring communication was prompt and clear. Her efficiency made what can often be a stressful process feel smooth and well-organised.
Having used another agency for a separate property sale, we can confidently say that Fenn Wright stands out as the best. We would highly recommend their services to anyone looking to buy or sell a property.

The service from Charley and the team at Fenn Wright was outstanding. It went beyond the core service of selling our property as they sourced a number of tradesmen to maintain/repair things that cropped up and demonstrated a really positive attitude to helping us through the whole sale. I really can't recommend them highly enough
