Having sold both our parents’ bungalows through FP (Bitterne) in the past year, I would like to say that we found the experience very straight forward indeed.
From the initial consultations to the finalising of the sales, all the staff were fully aware of the current situation with the progress of viewings, offers, and sales at all times.
They provided a very friendly and professional service, keeping us fully informed of all updates, and returning calls promptly.
It was a pleasure to do business with the Bitterne office staff and receive such an excellent service.
We would definitely use them again should the occasion arise.

I had a really positive experience selling my property with Field Palmer in Shirley. Brian, Kieran and the wider team were great throughout and made the whole process feel calm and well managed.
Within the first week there were lots of viewings, and within a couple of weeks I had an offer I was very happy with. From there the sale progressed smoothly and completed in a good timeframe, with clear communication along the way.
I was selling from a distance as the property was a rental, and the team were particularly helpful with this. They went above and beyond in dealing with practical and management-related issues at the property, which took a huge amount of stress out of the process and really helped everything run smoothly.
Professional, responsive and genuinely supportive. I’m very glad I chose Field Palmer and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

I used Field Palmer estate agent in Woolston for selling my property. I would thoroughly recommend them. The house was put on the market in May and I moved in November. There were inevitable hiccups along the way with some unforeseen problems, but nevertheless the chain remained secure. I believe that this was because of the interest that my agent, Leyton gave to the matter and the way that he supports both the seller and the buyer.
