We are a couple in our mid-70s and were selling our property to move nearer our family away from Southampton via Field Palmer, Shirley. Throughout the process we were coming up against obstacles which we weren't able to rectify. Keiran and Megan from the Shirley office were only too glad to offer assistance and we only had to phone the office and they helped each time. Without their help we might have given up selling our property. We would have been lost without them. If they didn't know the answer to our problems they didn't stop searching until they found the answer. We have now nearly reached completion and so glad we picked Field Palmer to sell our property. Thank you to Field Palmer, Shirley especially Keiran and Megan. If we ever need an Estate Agent again (hopefully we won't) we would use them again in a flash. Would higher recommend the Shirley office, Thank you Keiran and Megan.

Stephanie was excellent acting as our agent to sell our house. We had an above asking price offer within one week and her communication throughout was fantastic. The whole process was made easier by her. Would not hesitate to recommend.

I cannot recommend Field Palmer more. I knew from the first meeting they had my best interests and were very professional at all times. They kept me up to date the whole time and found me a buyer within a week. They even recommended solicitors they have worked with before which was really helpful. A huge thank you to Rhiannon for all her help.

We couldn’t recommend Field Palmer highly enough, and in particular Steph, who has been absolutely brilliant throughout our first-time buyer journey.<br><br>Our purchase ended up being far more complicated and time-consuming than anyone could have expected, with historic title issues, probate and Land Registry problems causing significant delays. Throughout all of this, Steph was incredibly helpful, approachable and reassuring. She always kept us updated, chased things when needed and went above and beyond to keep everything moving.<br><br>Buying our first home has been a huge thing for us, and having someone like Steph who genuinely cared about getting the purchase over the line made such a difference. She was always happy to answer our questions, even when we were probably asking far too many!<br><br>We’ve finally got to the finish line and are so grateful for all the help and support we received from Steph and the team at Field Palmer. A fantastic estate agent and a particular thank you to Steph for everything she did for us.<br><br>Would absolutely recommend! ????????

After spending months trawling Rightmove and viewing properties with no luck, we contacted Brian and the team at Field Palmer and gave them our long list of wants! In no time at all we were shown a number of properties that ticked all our boxes. From initial contact, finding properties, offers going in, and all the way through to completion everyone at Field Palmer was excellent. We could not have asked for a better service, we were kept updated and in the loop at every stage and the sale was kept moving thanks to them. Could not recommend more highly!
