Field Palmer in Bitterne have been exceptional throughout our entire moving journey. It took us almost a year to purchase our dream home, and while the buying side (with another agent) was incredibly stressful, Ollie and the team at Field Palmer were the constant that kept everything on track.
Ollie sold our house quickly with excellent marketing, well-organised viewings, and strong offers - but what really stood out was everything he did after the sale. He worked tirelessly across the whole chain, keeping communication flowing between all parties, smoothing out issues, and keeping momentum going during some very difficult moments. Without his persistence and professionalism, we genuinely don’t think our move would have happened.
Communication was outstanding throughout. Ollie was attentive, proactive, and always at the end of the phone. He explained everything clearly, kept us updated frequently, and took so much of the stress off our shoulders.
Although the buying side was challenging, we always felt fully supported by Field Palmer. Their teamwork, care, and commitment went far beyond what we expected from an estate agent.

From the initial few viewings with Steph & Ollie, right through to (finally) nailing in the exchange and completion dates, the Field Palmer team have been epic! For what seemed a short chain, there were some agonising moments, but Steph’s proactive steer kept the transaction on course. We can’t thank the team enough for being so personable, tentative and proactive with our whole transaction.
When you find that team that gels with the whole process, and who you can call for an update any day (sorry if I clogged the phone lines guys) - you just won’t get a better team to work with you on a property. We’ll be back - there’s no doubt about that!

As a first time buyer, the process of buying your own property solo can be pretty daunting. However, I can confidently say the process with Oliver at Field Palmer has been nothing but flawless.
I first spoke with Oliver when he mentioned he had a new property coming onto the market which he thought would suit my needs. I was cautious about reviewing yet another property without photos, but I needn't have worried - it was absolutely perfect!
Throughout the process Oliver continued to check in with me. He recommended both the broker (who again made the whole thing super easy), and the Solicitor. Where do we start......
We chose Field Palmer through a recommendation and they were also local to us, so it seemed a logical thing. If I'm completely honest, the process of selling houses is never an inspiring occasion, however on this occasion we were so please we got this over the line with the team at FP
It was a protracted sale process of nearly 8 months, with two collapsed sales, but that did not phase them. After literally a third time lucky, at the original targeted price, we had a successful sale.
At the time we weren't in country so we had to put the trust in the team to deliver. Ollie, Chloe, Maria and Stephanie, you were great to work with and kept us up to date. Covering each other when one was out of the office. We had a great buyer, who loved the property, and was definitely 3rd time lucky.
Really good comms, and a good deal for both parties to be hones, nothing was too much trouble, and we felt safe that you had our interests at heart, especially as we weren't in country.
The test is whether we'd use them again? Yes, without hesitation.

I cannot recommend Lia from Field and Palmer enough! She helped organise the viewing for my partner of which she couldn’t be more helpful, answering every question we had. Alongside this she sorted out the mortgage and solicitors and guided us through the whole process which was really helpful.
