Excellent team effort from everyone at Fine and Country Nottingham, second to none.<br>From Tom's indepth explanation of their comprehensive marketing strategy, which is so much more than just putting it on Rightmove! The attention to detail, the effort and care taken to get it on the market, the viewings, the liaison, always keeping us up to date, totally on the ball chasing the next steps. Everyone seems to have their role within the company and it really shows. Jane & Catherine both spent two hours really getting to know the house, so that when prospective buyers asked questions, they had the answers at their finger tips, which made a huge difference. Communication & experience from Jane, Sara & Janice restored our faith in estate agents. A great team effort, thank you all so much ?????? We highly recommend the Nottingham branch.

Thanks to the team at Fine and Country for assisting me with my sale.<br><br>My particular thanks to Catherine who understood my home so well and was a delight to work with. I really valued the accompanied viewings as it took a significant stress away from me.<br><br>Thanks also to Jane for her support and good humour, and also for conveying my instructions precisely to the buyer.<br><br>I was also impressed with the photography and floor plans, and the published brochure, although this was at additional cost.

I would highly recommend Fine and Country Bishops Stortford. Paula was extremely knowledgeable, professional and supportive throughout and made the sale of my property very straightforward. Fine and Country we’re absolutely exceptional in every way. Charlene and Alice were both welcoming, understanding, professional, helpful … the list goes on. We had a very difficult buying and selling process that lasted many months with ups and downs but if it wasn’t for Charlene and Alice’s persistence, help and guidance we wouldn’t got it over the line. We’re extremely grateful for all they’ve done for us. They went above and beyond and we love our new home. I cannot give enough praise and this review doesn’t do justice to how great they’ve been throughout the whole process. Diolch! Thank you very very much!

We worked with Fine and Country when purchasing our first home and they were fantastic. We had a couple of hurdles and delays during the conveyancing and legal process but F&C were excellent at continuing to push things along and get us to an eventual completion date. We would give a particular mention to Vito Szoma, who was incredible at introducing us to our new home and who was really helpful, clear and thorough with any questions we had during that stage, and to Alice Madden, who was extremely diligent, proactive and communicative throughout the process. Would definitely recommend F&C to anyone looking to buy or sell and, in particular, superstars Alice and Vito.

Very disappointing… they didn’t vet the viewers carefully enough and had a lot of time wasters . Marketing of the property was such that offers were coming in way below what the property was worth.
When I asked them to take the property off the market it took them days to take it off Rightmove and they still haven’t been round to collect the For Sale sign or indeed return the spare set of keys we lent them .

Very poor property description initially - evidently no research of the area undertaken and lack of property features included as well as some inaccurate information used. Having given some pointers of the positives of the property and locality, they basically used all of my wording resulting in having described the property ourselves and providing the sales pitch for them.
No communication whatsoever in 3/4 months.
No signs of additional effort other than listing on basic sales sights (eg rightmove etc)
Different advice given by different staff members.
Request for partial refund of advertising fees completed ignored after complaint and subsequent dis-instruction, we didn’t even receive a reply or acknowledgement of this.

Sarah Garland was the agent and from the very start I had confidence in her.
Nothing was too much trouble. I was selling the house on my own and she was very helpful and kind throughout something you don't always find with an Estate Agent.
