We sold our house through Fine & Country. Liz Teasdale and Nicola Lorraine held our hands every step of the way.
They promptly answered any queries we had, were reassuring when the process was at its most pedantic and calmed us down when we were stressed.
From the superb photos taken at the start, all the way through the whole process Nicola and Liz were professional and attentive and we cannot recommend them highly enough.
They might be slightly more expensive than other Estate Agents but they were worth every penny. So glad we used Liz and Nicola.

I recently completed my purchase and move from England to Wales and wanted to express my gratitude to the team at Fine and Country. Keeley was constantly available and helped me organise multiple visits over the year to different properties and her advice was very much needed. Corrine met me at all the houses and was very knowledgeable about them and the different locations.
I visited my dream home 3 times with Corrine who was super friendly and made me feel so comfortable and gave me time in the house.
Once agreed that this was my house the team went above and beyond to secure this house for me.
Alice was then bought in for my sale and she was exceptional throughout, she stayed in constant touch with me, chased multiple people in the chain, was lightning speed at responding and became my therapist throughout the whole process.
Once the purchase was complete and we headed to exchange and completion the real stress began. Alice did everything in her power to ensure my move went as smoothly as it could and even when there was obstacles Alice got me through it. Corrine even went to my house and waited for furniture to be delivered 2 weeks before I moved in and on my moving day Corrine met me with a plate full of lovely cakes and welcomed me to Wales with the biggest hug that I needed. My eternal thanks to this amazing team of women who helped me, listened to me and looked after me for the past year. Alexandra

Top estate agent. I initially tried selling my place with an online company. They were completely ineffective. Mark and team in contrast lined up a tonne of viewings within days of the ad going live. I had an offer the next day. Mark kept on top of the process all the way through, oiling the wheels throughout to keep everything on track. A safe and reliable pair of hands. Definitely recommend.

Marie’s remarkable work ethic
We were with another agent for 6 months, they showed know interest or drive to sell our house.
We decided to go with a different agent.
We went with Marie from fine and Country
Marie had the drive and a different outlook on the selling of our home .
She booked one open day for potential buyers to view, on that day we had a disaster, a water leak!!! (we were away at the time)
Marie not only sold our house in it’s worst state , she helped with the clean up !!
We were kept informed all the way through out the sale of our home .
We would highly recommend Marie for her outstanding service , positive attitude and her remarkable work ethic!!

I was really pleased with the level of service I received from Chris. We initially had our property on with another agency in Banbury, and we didn't feel as though it was being pushed properly. We would get a different agent at every viewing, so they were never really able to get to know the quirks and selling points our property and the activity level was pretty low.
After a few months we switched to F&C. Although it was more expensive, we chose Chris firstly because of his level of understanding of our type of home and the local area. Also, we were impressed with how proactive he was, even before we signed up. Not long into partnering, we were getting viewings left, right and centre. Chris managed to sell our house quickly and we were out of there within three weeks of accepting an offer!
Very happy and would recommend!

Charlene was fantastic from start to finish and an absolute pleasure to deal with. She was caring, sympathetic to our needs, and genuinely invested in helping us every step of the way. She did everything within her control to get our offer accepted and to make the process as smooth and stress-free as possible.
Communication was excellent throughout. Charlene was always available, incredibly responsive, and proactive in keeping things moving. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and her professionalism was matched by a very human, thoughtful approach.
If you are looking for an estate agent who truly cares about their clients and goes the extra mile to support them, Charlene comes very highly recommended.
