After a disappointing experience elsewhere, moving my sale to Fine & Country was an excellent decision. The team — Michael, Karen, Emma and Alison — were professional, proactive, and kept me well informed throughout. They presented the property beautifully, secured a strong offer, and saw the sale through smoothly.

Olivia was absolutely fantastic during our recent move to Ibstock. Out of everyone involved in the process, she was the clear standout thanks to her professionalism and warm, approachable attitude. From the initial viewing right through to moving day, her communication was seamless. What truly set her apart was her persistence and support when we hit a few hiccups on the day. Claire and Sam are a fantastic team and did a brilliant job selling our house.
We needed to sell quickly in order to secure the house we wanted and bw able to place a formal offer. They worked at speed, when I requested a valuation they respond immediately and launched our sale within a couple of weeks. Their service was first rate and included a pre launch video, a promotional video and an open day.
We were able to secure our asking price, so our purchase could proceed. Their communication to us kept us fully informed throughout the process and all queries were dealt with in a timely manner. On a personal level we found Claire and Sam lovely professional people to deal with and they were always focused on delivery of great customer service. We highly recommend them.

Disappointing experience. The approach came across as arrogant, with an inability to listen and absolutely zero preparation. There was also a poor understanding of the local area. Far below the standard we expected from Fine & Country. Turned up 20 minutes late to the appointment - no apology! Clearly didn’t want to market the house - absolutely appalling, unprofessional and rude.

I didn't use F&C as my Estate Agent, but having had such a great experience buying a house through them, they will certainly be the only firm I use in future. We went through 3 estate agents when selling our house and I could pick faults with all 3. However our interactions with F&C, and specifically Haydn and Kelly, were exemplary. They really do care about their clients and nothing was too much trouble for Haydn. He was prompt with enquiries and even through the Covid lockdown was available throughout (my firm furloughed everyone and didn't even tell me!!). Brilliant Estate Agents, wish I had used them from the start and will do in future and recommend them to friends. Keep up the good work ????

We can highly recommend Fine and Country Bishops Stortford.
Our first initial contact was with Paula who was extremely professional and knowledgeable. She put us at ease and we felt confident that our sale was in the right hands.
Debbie was OUTSTANDING. In what became a complex, difficult sale, she worked tirelessly to resolve all the issues that emerged.
She initially introduced our buyers, who had seen our property but weren’t sold on the garden size. She encouraged them to take a look and they fell in love with it.
Her communication skills are excellent and she kept us informed every step of the way.
I really think that without her relentless input we may have thrown in the towel.
The last few days were very stressful with mortgage offers expiring, vendors going back on original agreements and short windows of time, however, Debbie came through for us, even whilst she was ill.
Thankyou so much for your effort and hardwork!!!
