We recently bought our first house through Freeman Forman and the experience that we has been brilliant. Kian, Fiona and the team have been super helpful during the entire process (which was not an easy and quick one because the house was under probate). Kian kept us informed all throughout the process with great communication and being a go-between us and the seller to try and move things along as swiftly and quickly as possible. We would definitely recommend.

Katie visited me yesterday to evaluate my property. She was aware it was only a preliminary enquiry with no definite plans to sell immediately, yet the time & attention she gave me was over & above. No sales pitch, or false promises, just straightforward information delivered in such a kind, professional & connected manner. She’s a credit to the company & I wish her all the best regardless of whether I sell or not.

Very smooth experience, much, much better than other agents we have come across in Tunbridge Wells<br><br>Professional viewing from Ebony and then excellent (but also honest) communication from Fiona throughout our purchase process<br><br>Our two previous purchases with local competitors, we pulled out of one was due to agent inability and the other was due to feeling we we're being bounced into a purchase that wasn't right<br><br>None of this we felt with Freeman Forman

Update (2026):<br><br>Seven years after buying our first home through Freeman Foreman, we decided to sell. We invited them back to value our home alongside other local agents, and they were the clear choice.<br><br>Stuart was experienced, honest, friendly and personable from the outset. Erin was our main point of contact throughout the sale and she was absolutely fantastic. She was always easy to reach, kept us updated after every viewing, communicated brilliantly with our buyers, and genuinely went above and beyond to keep everything moving. Both Stuart and Erin are genuinely lovely people and an absolute pleasure to deal with.<br><br>The only slight downside was the recommended Countrywide conveyancers, but Erin regularly stepped in to chase updates and keep everything on track.<br><br>Freeman Foreman have now helped us both buy and sell the same home, seven years apart, and they've been consistently honest, supportive and professional throughout. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.<br><br>---<br><br>Original review (2019):<br><br>As first-time buyers, Natasha, John and Hannah were so patient, honest and supportive throughout the whole process.
