Had a really positive experience with Lara, who showed me around a property recently. She was friendly, engaging and really easy to talk to, but most importantly actually listened and took the time to understand what I was looking for.<br><br>She explained the application process and fees really clearly, answered all my questions and followed up exactly when she said she would. Having been to quite a few viewings recently, that level of communication and genuine engagement really stood out.<br><br>A real credit to the agency and genuinely lovely to deal with. Thanks, Lara!

I was mostly looked after by the wonderful Milly Orchard at Fulfords. (And, on the occassion I called when she was out, by Tammy, who was also wonderfully warm and helpful!). Milly was incredibly helpful, friendly and professional while I had to sort everything out on a crunched timescale for finding and moving in to a new place as a tenant, and helped me every step of the way to get into my new, wonderful place to live. Some of the usual process was complex in my case - difficulty accessing documents, having changed my name - but Milly was incredibly helpful in letting me know what we could do, how to do it, and generally keeping me informed and reassured as we figured it all out. It would have been infinitely more stressful without knowing I was in Milly’s hands, and she’s an absolute credit to Fulfords. Absolutely delighted by my move, and Fulfords were wonderful every step of the way. Moving can be so hectic and stressful, and they were wonderful, professional, helpful, and most of all amidst the stress of moving, every interaction felt warm and human and kind.

I'll start by saying my initial contact with them was fantastic. However, upon being put to a second agent in the office, he completely ignored my requests and did as he chose.<br><br>When I pulled off the market they had lost my keys. I was assured this would be resolved and locks replaced, over 3 months later I've received no contact and had to sort this myself.<br><br>Only not received one star because initial agent I worked with was excellent.<br><br>For an update in 2026- they never replaced my locks after assuring me they would. Lots of promises, under delivered

we recently bought our first house through Fulfords Estatge agents in Newton Abbot, and we couldn't be happier with the service provided by the team, especially Alyssia and Luke.<br><br>From start to finish, the entire process was handled with complete professionalism and clear communication. Luke and Alyssia was always on hand to answer our questions, chase up updates, and keep things moving smoothly to completion. I was living in 50 Constantine house! I’m asking people to be take care of any details while dealing with this agency!<br><br>They don’t support you with maintenance and once you finish the contract make sure to call them because they don’t give any support or leads to take an advantage on the tenant and let him extend some days with fees!<br><br>I finished my fixed contract with them and 2 days before I depart from Exeter I called to see what shall I do and they told me no you have to extend one more month! I told them no one emailed me and helped me regarding this and they were like you must pay!<br><br>We gave back the apartment clean and tidy and left the keys inside the same day they were having viewing for another tenant and we left the keys inside with them and they left it and emailed us 7 days later that we must pay 310£ one week rent because we didn’t give the keys to the office!<br><br>Also the cleaning fee even though the apartment is super clean they charged us big amounts im sure 80% of it is considered profit as well as their poor performance in maintenance and helping tenants to live in a comfortable place.<br><br>If you are forced to deal with them just focus on your rights and the contract especially.

Wouldn’t recommend Fulfords Cowick Street. JF not upto the job told lies, half truths when looking for help & support when losing a love one. Recommended going to Auction, did very little to support, yet they got £6500 for doing very little & other member of staff were not upfront about cost. Sorry from my experience would recommend Fulfords Cowick Street Exeter ????????????

Very unresponsive i had left a few voice mails and messages to staff and never had a reply,
They will badger you to use the in house solicitors Do not use the in house solicitors you will still be charged if the sale doesn't go though.
