As buyers we were most impressed with Fulfords, in particular Harry.<br>Nothing was too much trouble for him.<br>His "can do" attitude when it came to providing access for second viewings, surveys etc. was very helpful.<br>If only all estate agent staff were as good, the whole buying process would be a more pleasant experience.<br>Thank you.

I had not sold a property for many years and never alone so I needed a lot of "hand holding" ....... I need not have worried. Ellie helped me through everything step by step and when I had occasion to speak to other members of the team at Fulfords Paignton they were equally as helpful. I would highly recommend them.

Fulford's in Exeter lied to me by assuring me that the flat above me had an elderly couple living in it. Turned out it's a students rental during term time, and a short let the rest of the year (at least 3 different lets) . The in and out movement is non stop. Never knowing what kind of tenant it's going to be. I still curse Fulford's every time a new letting period begins.

Awful experience. I got ignored for more than a month, prior the only communication I recieved was to keep reducing the price. 6 months on the market with 1 viewing, 2 days with a different estate agent at the same price and already have a viewing booked. They couldn't find my keys when I went to collect them and then found them but wouldnt return them to me. Completely unprofessional and I would not recommend to anyone.

Very unresponsive i had left a few voice mails and messages to staff and never had a reply,
They will badger you to use the in house solicitors Do not use the in house solicitors you will still be charged if the sale doesn't go though.

Had a really positive experience with Lara, who showed me around a property recently. She was friendly, engaging and really easy to talk to, but most importantly actually listened and took the time to understand what I was looking for.<br><br>She explained the application process and fees really clearly, answered all my questions and followed up exactly when she said she would.
