As buyers we were most impressed with Fulfords, in particular Harry.<br>Nothing was too much trouble for him.<br>His "can do" attitude when it came to providing access for second viewings, surveys etc. was very helpful.<br>If only all estate agent staff were as good, the whole buying process would be a more pleasant experience.<br>Thank you.

I had not sold a property for many years and never alone so I needed a lot of "hand holding" ....... I need not have worried. Ellie helped me through everything step by step and when I had occasion to speak to other members of the team at Fulfords Paignton they were equally as helpful. I would highly recommend them.

Fulford's in Exeter lied to me by assuring me that the flat above me had an elderly couple living in it. Turned out it's a students rental during term time, and a short let the rest of the year (at least 3 different lets) . The in and out movement is non stop. Never knowing what kind of tenant it's going to be. I still curse Fulford's every time a new letting period begins.

Recently brought a property after moving areas and the whole process with Fulfords was a smooth as can be.<br><br>James was super friendly and welcoming from the 1st viewing to exchange. Was really easy to talk to and knew alot about the surrounding area.<br>Cant reccomend them enough and should we decide to move on, Fulfords St Budeaux would be our 1st call.<br><br>Thank you to James and the team for making the move really smooth and being supportive.

I had a really positive experience with Fulfords in Newton Abbot, particularly with Amy, who made the whole process from viewing the property through to moving in feel incredibly straightforward and well organised.<br><br>Communication was always clear and prompt, and everything progressed very smoothly without ever feeling stressful or complicated. Amy was friendly, approachable and warm throughout, and was always happy to help with any questions along the way.<br><br>Overall, the whole process felt very streamlined and professional, while still being personal and welcoming. I’m very happy with how everything was handled and would happily recommend Amy and the Fulfords Newton Abbot team.

Countrywide mortgages<br><br>We were appointed James Staddon as our mortgage advisor, and from start to finish he has been nothing but exceptional. We have sold two houses now through Fulfords Plymstock. Due to issues with our solicitor the latest sale was very stressful but Ian's years of experience shone through and he always put us at ease whilst pushing the sale along. The whole team is welcoming and friendly and always have a smile on their faces. If you are selling a house in the Plymstock area we highly recommend using Ian and the team.
