I recently bought a property through Goadsby in Salisbury, I dealt with Sophie primarily. Sophie and the entire team were extremely, pleasant, professional and accommodating. Sophie did a great deal to help facilitate the smooth running of the entire process, and ensured that things were moved along as quickly as the process would allow. I highly recommend Goadsby in Salisbury, they were a pleasure to deal with.

We had a fantastic experience with Goadsby Verwood selling our home. The whole team were professional from start to finish and made what can be a stressful process feel so much smoother.
Their communication was absolutely brilliant — we were always kept informed and updated, which gave us real peace of mind. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and they were always on hand to answer questions and offer guidance.
They also worked incredibly hard to push things forward so we could meet the date we needed, which we really appreciated. It genuinely felt like a team effort, and their coordination behind the scenes clearly made a difference.

I have recently sold 2 flats in Southampton through Goadsby Estate Agents Southampton and would recommend their services. They have been really helpful and supportive throughout the whole process from advertising and marketing the properties to the follow up procedure on the sales. From the moment Fiona came to see us, we knew we had chosen the right agents and did not explore further.
Everyone at Goadsbys has been so professional, so helpful and so friendly and reassuring. The whole team has acted wisely throughout all the negotiations and guided us through some rough patches.
We have been in good and safe hands throughout the marketing and the sale itself and we are delighted to be able to successfully move near our daughter early in the New Year.
We could not have been more pleased with the service Goadsbys has given us and we highly recommend them.

Very friendly and easy to get hold of. They communicate well with you. Had a very quick sale. Slighter higher commission than a lot of local companies but worth it for the attention and care.

Not very impressed with the service we received I'm afraid. We decided to sell our property through goadsby as they were the selling agent when we purchased it 7 years previous. They were very proactive, friendly and enthusiastic about the property upon valuation and putting it on the market. After that everything grinded to a slow halt. We were getting 1 viewing a week if we were lucky(!), they used the excuse of "Nobody's in the market for a 2 bed flat at the moment" Communication was poor, leaving it several days to give us any feedback and not returning our calls. We had to request that they allow us to appoint a 2nd agent as they tie you into a 16 week sole agency contract(!!!) - be careful of this! After an agreement over several emails we finally appointed a 2nd agent who got us 2-3 viewings a week and sold the property within 4 weeks!! They didn't even jump into action when we appointed the 2nd agent (you would've thought they'd wanted the sale) - it was like they were non existent, so we removed them altogether from the sale.
I recommend avoiding this agency and highly recommend getting in touch with Meyers.

I would definitely not recommend Goadsby based on recent experience as a buyer. They were extremely pushy, unprofessional and much more interested in their commission than providing an honest delivery of service. Avoid at all costs.
