I have used Green & Co Boldmere to purchase a lovely property in Boldmere. Both Kerry and Shakila were brilliant from the very start of the process. Despite having few difficulties from vendor's side along the way, Boldmere team managed to drive this to completion. We were always greeted with the smile and my frequent requests for update and chasing vendor were always promptly actioned.<br><br>I highly recommend using Boldmere branch if you want to purchase nice property in Sutton Coldfield and Boldmere area.

We'd previously tried to sell our property through another agent but were frustrated by poor or a complete lack of communication.
Green's were far better in this respect and generally responded to our messages promptly, with just the odd lapse.
The whole process was quite easy, from our initial approach to the marketing and the actual sale.
