Needing some help with the value of an unusual parcel of land, I went onto Grisedale's web chat. Despite it being very late in the evening, I received excellent service from the lady dealing with my (quite complicated) enquiry. She took the details and said she would pass it on to a member of the team in the morning. Sure enough, the following day I had a call from Scott, who was tremendously helpful in so many ways. He put in a lot of effort on my behalf, and went over and above what was asked of him. Overall, my dealings with the Grisedale team were excellent and I would fully recommend them both on my experience.

Thank you to the Cockermouth team on the sale of our property, subject to contract. I would like to mention the two people who we had contact with, namely Carolann and Judith. They have been very professional and answer questions quickly with good knowledge. I would definitely recommend and use again.

We bought a house with Carolann as agent and Laura as liaison up to completion, everyone was very professional and helpful - none of the messing around we got from another local estate agents I shan't mention. Also, they are one of the few agencies that use their own staff for viewing visits (rather than freelancers) - which makes it easier to get information.
