I recently sold my house through Hackney & Leigh and had a great experience from start to finish.<br><br>Keira was fantastic — quick and efficient with every issue that came up. From the initial valuation right through to completion, she and her team had everything covered.<br><br>I cannot recommend Keira and her team highly enough. We honestly can’t thank the Grange team enough for helping us move into our dream home.<br><br>What really stood out was the personal touch. They genuinely cared about the property, the current owners and us! They celebrated every milestone with us and were always on hand with reassurance and advice when we needed it most.<br><br>It was also so lovely to finally meet Helen in person after speaking to her so many times on the phone. She was every bit as warm, kind and wonderful as she came across during our conversations, and it was a pleasure to thank her properly and meet some of the rest of the team.<br><br>Buying and selling a home can be an emotional rollercoaster, but having such a caring, professional and dedicated team alongside us made the journey so much easier. He maintained excellent communication with both myself and the buyers, ensuring everyone was kept informed and any issues were dealt with promptly. I can't praise the Arnside office of Hackney & Leigh Estate Agents highly enough, I have had dealings with estate agents before when I sold my parents property, however I had never previously purchased a property for myself. I was in safe hands when I did, from start to finish they kept me aware of everything that was going on at every stage of the process. This service gave me a feeling of reasurance and confidence in the company and staff! I don't know if they are lucky recruiting the right staff or have a fantastic training courses, but whatever it is keep it up you are doing the right thing.
