As first time buyers in the UK, I have to say, the service provided by Hackney & Leigh's Keswick team was fantastic. From our first viewing - to making our offer - to obtaining the reams of necessary forms - to the completion of the sale, Simon and Dawn (and Nick, too) were a most pleasant, professional, and helpful team. They always kept the interests of their clients, the sellers, at the fore while also making us, the buyers, feel valued. They kept us informed along the way and provided a gentle nudge when needed to keep the process moving. To put it simply, they were brilliant. We cannot recommend them highly enough.

The Hackney & Leigh team in Ambleside were a pleasure to work with from start to finish. Whoever answered the phone was up to speed with things and knew who I was and what was happening.
Charlie, the office manager, was particularly helpful dealing with some last minute issues that cropped up to keep things moving.
I whole heartedly recommend seriously considering them if you are selling in this area.

I can't praise the Arnside office of Hackney & Leigh Estate Agents highly enough, I have had dealings with estate agents before when I sold my parents property, however I had never previously purchased a property for myself. I was in safe hands when I did, from start to finish they kept me aware of everything that was going on at every stage of the process. This service gave me a feeling of reasurance and confidence in the company and staff! I don't know if they are lucky recruiting the right staff or have a fantastic training courses, but whatever it is keep it up you are doing the right thing.
