Adam was fantastic throughout our property search. He managed to arrange a viewing for us at very short notice, even though all Saturday appointments were already booked. He was always quick to respond to our questions and proactive in getting information from both the agency and the seller.<br>Although we didn’t end up buying through the agency, they were by far the best agency we dealt with during our search. Everyone we spoke to and met at viewings was friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. We’d highly recommend Adam and the team.

Lost our seller with no explanation and no communication. I know sellers back out sometimes but they handled it awfully, we had to learn it from our onwards, they gave no, explanation or advice and showed zero sympathy. They left us off the market for months and we missed several equiries and lost our onwards due to their ineptitude. To make matters worse they were almost double the price of other agents.

I recently had to sell my late parents' house and decided to instruct Hamptons in Wimbledon Village.<br><br>My reason for choosing Hamptons over the other agents was solely down to Richard. He took the time to research the property and discovered that Hamptons had in fact sold the property to my parents back in 1988, and he found the original sales particulars and also some old photos.<br><br>He gave me all the information I needed (and more) without the hard sell. I have worked in the industry for years and it was so refreshing not to be given the "patter". He filled me with confidence and didn't let me down.<br><br>Both Kasper and Richard worked hard to get multiple viewings and offers within two weeks, in the hardest month of the year to sell a property (December) and the sale exchanged only 3 months later.<br><br>Kasper saw the sale through and kept me fully informed at all stages. I couldn't have been happier with the service provided and the speed of the sale.<br><br>Dealing with grief, the sale and emptying of a family home and probate felt overwhelming at times, but I felt fully supported by the Hamptons Team. Thank you!

Had a great experience with Aggie who showed us around the flat and then helped us with all paperwork. She was very flexible and quick to respond. She also helped us to get the keys at 9am on move in day rather than 3pm.

I’m not one for leaving reviews but I wanted to write about my personal experience in letting with Holly Erarslan at Hamptons.
After deliberating on whether to sell or rent our property in west London (and seeing every agent in the area) my husband and I decided to rent, as we felt secure in leaving our family home in Holly’s very capable hands. As our home was fully furnished to a high standard we were a bit hesitant at first.
Throughout the tenancy Holly could not have made our experience more reassuring and professional.
Her customer service skills are second to none, she spoke to us with such assurance and genuine care and understanding -
and we always felt that she had everything in hand.
It’s what’s missing in most customer service today - that extra level of personal care.
Holly would phone or meet in person and explain things meticulously, she would sometimes make a point to go over something we weren’t sure about (or comfortable with) and our feelings were always a priority and important to her. She would often request we take some time to think it all over.
And despite a few obstacles and life choices we’ve had to make along the way, we always knew with confidence, that any decisions we made with Holly were going to be the right ones - and that she had our best interests at heart.
Since our meeting over a year ago we decided to carry on our rental with Holly and her lovely team and I can honestly say she is the main reason why we chose to stay with Hamptons.
She’s a credit to her team, she makes you feel like you’re dealing with a friend, and not just a company… and she is walking proof of what most customer service is lacking (but still exists!) in the world today.
If I could give her a 20 out of 10, I would!
If you’re considering Hamptons, please do not hesitate in meeting with Holly.
