We agreed to 20 weeks with them to sell our house, they failed so after 32 weeks we left and they still charged us £264. We are currently looking for an Agent who will make a good effort to sell our property.

The Stokesley team helped us sell our property this week. They did all the viewings and were quick to follow up on feedback and leads. They kept us up to date with marketing and price point. Finally they negotiated an equitable deal for us. Harvey explained everything during the initial visit and the team, Erica, Tracy and Georgia were very professional throughout.

The team at Harvey Brooks were fantastic during the sale of our property. Communication was great, they all worked hard to ensure that we got a buyer at the best possible price.
