We had an excellent experience with the team handling our purchase of a Brockenhurst property. From the initial viewing through to exchange and completion, they were professional, responsive and proactive throughout.
What really stood out was their communication and calm persistence in progressing the purchase. They kept all parties aligned, followed up where needed, and ensured momentum was maintained at key moments.

We recently purchased a house in Bransgore through Hayward Fox with Chris the estate agent. We were very happy with the service received, from the initial viewing to the process of putting in an offer and turning around exchange & completion within two months. Chris was very proactive in keeping things moving throughout our chain, enabling us all to move into our new properties before Christmas which was what we all wanted.
Chris was always on hand to answer our questions and keep us informed. I would not hesitate to recommend Hayward Fox.

We are so grateful to Hayward Fox and in particular Chris Scaife for their excellent service in getting us into our new home for Christmas. Having had a previous sale fall through we were understandably very anxious but Chris kept us informed throughout the whole process and was always available to answer queries. Friendly and professional. Highly recommended.

I realise it’s a difficult market but they spend a lot of time telling you how good they are and not being proactive. They are the local agents so they tend to be busy. It seems they have too much work to make a job of marketing any single property.
