Worst estate agents ever, I tried to rent a house and filled tons of documents. Though they did'nt even call me back for the results and when I call them to learn about it they were pretty rude. Far from being professional dont bother going there.

Overall I was satisfied with the service as Henley Charles sold my property relatively quickly. I was less impressed with the initial valuation which I felt was inflated. The property eventually sold for £30k less than the valuation they provided.
Communication on the whole was good when I could get through to them but there were times when the phone just rang out. I feel a dedicated receptionist would be helpful to alleviate these issues.
The team members were all personable and knowledgeable. I would recommend Henley Charles to others as their fees are reasonable and the after sales process was very good indeed.

Fantastic service from start to finish. The team was professional, responsive, and made the entire selling process effortless. Really pleased with the service I received throughout my house purchase. A special thank you to Shareen, who was always friendly, helpful and easy to deal with. She kept me updated throughout and was always there to help whenever I had any questions. I really appreciated her support and would definitely recommend the team.
