Hills were good, although a little transactional. I have to say Jack was very helpful in moving things forward between the seller and I during the sale.

Just sold my home through Hills Swinton. They advised well on pricing, kept me informed and up to date with the process. Also having such a good viewing agent as Chloe showing potential buyers around really helped the sale process. I would very much recommend them

We saw our forever home advertised by Hill Estate Agency and decided to put our house on the market with them. Within just one week we had 7 viewings and received 5 offers, which completely exceeded our expectations. As first-time sellers, we were a little nervous, but the whole experience was made so easy. The communication and transparency throughout were excellent, and we always felt informed and supported. We couldn’t be happier with the service and would absolutely recommend Hill Estate Agency to anyone looking to sell their home.

After a rocky start to our house sale with another estate agents I spoke to Jack Ashton from Hills, he was involved with the sale of the house we were purchasing, the sale of our house had fallen through so Jack said Hills would take us on, within a few weeks our house was sold again. We have found Hills- Jack in particular - to be extremely helpful, answered all our questions and enabled us to keep our original choice of house throughout.
Recently Nicola from sales support has also been a great help.
Thank you team Hills, you are all brilliant.

Avoid Hills Estate Agency at All Costs!!
I have spent the past year being over-promised and massively under-delivered by Hills. The experience has been nothing short of a disaster.
There has been a complete failure in communication from start to finish. I was repeatedly given “estimated completion dates” that never materialised, followed by weeks even over a month of no contact whatsoever. Because of their poor advice, I am now over £2,000 out of pocket.
The unprofessionalism is staggering. Staff openly discussed the seller’s personal finances, telling me the seller “had no money” and describing them as “an absolute nightmare customer.” Imagine paying Hills thousands of pounds to sell your property, only for them to bad-mouth you to the buyer. Completely unacceptable.
Given this behaviour, it’s no surprise there are so many negative reviews online.
I submitted a formal complaint and received a response from Charlotte today no empathy, no apology. If this is how a director behaves, it’s clear why the rest of the staff follow suit.
If you value your time, your money and your sanity, avoid Hills like the plague!! Useless!!
