Not loud, not pushy - just good honest diligence and professionalism. Took time to achieve the sale but the staff at Hodsons remained positive and helpful throughout. Highly recommend.

Choosing an agent felt like a big decision at the start, but we absolutely made the right one with Hodsons.
We had several valuations from other agents, but Hodsons stood out for their balanced approach — ambitious yet realistic valuation, and their refreshing no-pressure sales style.
The whole team were friendly, professional, and efficient.
Patrick really understood our priorities, marketing our home to the right audience, handling negotiations well and securing the right price for our property.
Leanne and the wider sales team kept us updated throughout and were flexible with viewings to fit around our schedules.
We were also very grateful to the sales progression team, particularly Kerry, who helped ease some pressure during a very stressful period before exchange and completion by liaising effectively between solicitors and our new-build developer.

Hodsons did a great job at selling our property, the agents were helpful and friendly, and they couldn’t have been more informative and helpful during the whole process of selling. Would definitely recommend them to anyone!

Philip May's genuine enthusiasm for the property we were selling, and his ability to sell Hodsons' services sold Hodsons to me as the estate agent to choose to sell a family home. The subsequent progress has been excellent, with a well-qualified buyer lined up within weeks. The only criticism I have is that a 'For Sale' sign was erected in the garden of the property which was unoccupied, and I had specifically asked for no sign.
