I ring them to book a appointment for viewing agents took an hour to ask me thousands of my details later he is saying viewing appointments not available.if i ask him i need to book a appointment for that street property he can check and say available or not why they asking so many details first.

Used Sarah at Holroyds for my mortgage on my first home. She was so helpful and guided me through the whole process from putting the offer in to completion, I never had to chase her for updates she always provided them promptly. A good experience selling my late Mum's house through Holroyds. Ammarah and Holly were prompt and responsive. I don't live locally, and they were helpful not only by conducting the viewings, but also facilitating access for surveyors etc. They kept the whole process on track.

I have to say that Holroyds have been terrific all the way through the sale process. Everything was explained in detail and was easy to understand. Holly recommended using the modern auction method of sale with Iamsold. This was really straightforward and the end result was terrific. The guaranteed completion date of only 56 days after accepting the offer was another bonus. I would thoroughly recommend this agent and the method of sale.
