I have recently let my property through Hot Black. Appreciated the support given to get it ready for market. I liked their system notifying me of the viewings so I was able to track what was happening. Good communications throughout. Referencing of tenants completed quickly. Hope that ongoing property management reflects this initial experience.

I recently rented a flat in NW3 through this agency. The overall experience was superb, not only starting from top quality property, but also Adriana who helped us throughout the process was fabulous. She was swift and accurate in her responses, was always very friendly and helpful providing responses to (multiple of mine) enquiries. I would definitely use this estate agent in the future for any North London property affairs. Feels like a breath of fresh air after my previous experiences in the distant past.

Supercilious, patronising staff. Bullying me to comply with the supposed timing requirements of the purchaser. Not great.
