I was extremely impressed with the service provided by Stuart and his team at Hot Black Desiato. This is the third transaction I’ve completed with them, and I genuinely couldn’t be happier. From the outset, their advice on the selling price was spot on, which gave me real confidence in the process. Despite a challenging market, they generated a strong level of interest and kept me well informed throughout with clear weekly reports. Most importantly, a buyer was secured relatively quickly, and from that point on the sale was handled efficiently and professionally right through to completion. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

This agency was negligent in handling the sale of our property. I’m following up a formal complaint against them.
They mis-handled 3 offers for our property. We finally accepted an offer through them, which turned out to be null and void as they hadn’t carried out basic checks on the buyer, by which time we’d lost our other buyer.
We eventually went to Chestertons, got another £80,000 and were handled professionally

We had an excellent experience with Hotblack Desiato Estate Agents in Camden. They handled the letting of my daughter’s flat in Camden Town and were professional, efficient, and very supportive throughout the process. fter many years of dealing with estate and buy-to-let sales agents, it wasn’t until my final sale that I found the agent I’d been looking for. Stuart at Hotblack Desiato has been excellent. When my property received multiple bids, he handled the situation perfectly. Sometimes — and I hope he doesn’t mind me saying this — you can tell he’s been in the business a long time, and in my opinion, nothing beats experience.
Thank you for your help. It hasn’t been easy, but I would highly recommend Stuart at Hotblacks to anyone looking to sell a property.

Stuart at Hotblack Desiato was fantastic from start of finish with the sale of my house! He gave a fair and I feel accurate valuation of my property and we ended up getting over asking price. He was always available to talk to and answer any questions and it really felt like a more more personalised service as opposed to just another customer. I would have no hesitation in recommending Hotblack for your sale. It really paid off going with a local agent with years of experience on the area!
