I had accepted an offer on my flat in EC1 only to have the purchaser withdraw at the last moment. I contacted Marco at Hurford Salvi Carr and he came to see me on a Thursday,, putting my flat on the market immediately. By the following Monday there had been 26 viewings and several firm offers all above the asking price. The sale to the highest bidder went through very smoothly and completion took place in about six weeks. Marco and his colleagues liaised with my solicitors and arranged the flat clearance. They took all the stress out of the transaction and it was a pleasure to have them by my side throughout the entire process.

Extremely poor and unacceptable conduct. We were left without heating for six months during winter and without essential items (bed, oven, fridge and freezer) for weeks. When we gave notice, the agent attempted to impose viewings, rejected dates we offered, then later implied they would enter the property using their keys regardless of our consent.
Despite a check-out report confirming the property was left clean, the agent attempted unjustified deposit deductions, avoided the TDS dispute process, and delayed repayment until we issued a letter before action. They also tried to refuse to return the deposit unless we signed an unnecessary document. Intimidating, unprofessional, and not recommended.

A real estate company you can really trust. Special thanks to Michael Jones, I was able to rent the flat I wanted quickly and easily. His service was excellent.
