Booked a viewing with Gabriela on 25 February for 28 February. Called 1 minute before - told Sarah was "on her way" from a previous viewing. Waited 45 minutes outside in the cold. She never showed.
Had to call the office again. Will answered, coudn't reach Sarah, and rescheduled for the next day. Will showed the property himself and was professional.
Poor organization and wasted significant time. Only positive was Will's professionalism.

From securing a buyer during a time of real market uncertainty to then moving to completion in just three months was fantastic - especially for a leasehold flat sale, which can often come with added complexities. Highly recommend selling a house with Hurst. Realistic pricing, sensible advice and straightforward process to get the house on the market. Efficient viewings and excellent communications. Great support following receipt of an offer to make sure the sale went through. Moving house is always stressful but they were amazing.

Tash has always been very good at communicating and coordinating to resolve issues. This week Tash really excelled herself, with a tenancy change and a gap of only a week, between outgoing and incoming tenants and some maintenance issues identified on through the checkout report, Tash swiftly acted on resolving them, by efficiently communicating between me, the landlord, the maintenance service provider and the new incoming tenant. Decisions reached Tash arranged for the works to be completed tomorrow (9th Jan) ready for the new tenants moving in early next week. Great execution Tash and win win for all - happy days, for all concerned!
