I can’t recommend Hurst Estate Agents Wycombe highly enough, and especially Gabriela. The sale was more complicated than most, with a Help to Buy transfer of equity and delays on my side that dragged things out, but Gabriela was patient, responsive and genuinely helpful throughout. She kept things moving, chased when needed, and didn’t make me feel like a burden even when the process took far longer than expected.

We sold our apartment through Hurst Agency, and our case was handled by Gabriella. She was absolutely amazing. She is incredibly knowledgeable, professional, kind, and easy to talk to, which made the whole process so much less stressful.<br><br>Not only did she keep us updated every single day, but she also supported us emotionally throughout the entire process and did everything she could to help us sell our apartment.<br><br>We don’t plan on moving again anytime soon, but if we ever do, Gabriella will definitely be our go-to person. Hurst is very lucky to have her on their team! ??????

Not up to the mark by any standards, the lettings department. When you call them to give a true feedback they usually become aggressive and hostile.<br><br>Update July 2026 - I have revised my review rating to 3 stars from 1 star just because of the individual brilliancy of Cristina Gaibani. Cristina is very engaging, ethical and sensitive to tenants' concerns, which is a welcome change from the standard erratic, unfriendly, unethical and stubborn way of the rest of the Hurst Lettings team.

Tasha very helpfully showed us around the property just before our move in date, noting maintenance issues, and has been responsive with emails, including arranging prompt removal of items left by previous tenants. many thanks!
