Chris & Stephen have both been brilliant. Extremely knowledgeable, professional and efficient. Excellent communication throughout the whole process via the whatsapp group they set up - answering questions and giving immediate feedback on viewings. This made it so easy to contact them at any time making it a lot less stressful. 5* service from start to finish. Thank you for all your help and support

I think it depends what partnership you have, I one I had the sales pitch was great but the communication throughout once I signed up with them was terrible, at one point t after I chased and chased for feedback after 1 week after a viewing they told me I had an offer, yes it was very low, but I was never told.

From the start, we liked the positive energy of the Avocado agent, Perry Dray. He created an excellent presentation of our house in social media and major property websites. In the first week we had 3 viewings and found a buyer already! It is now subject to contract. So far it has been a pleasure to work with Perry and we can strongly recommend Avocado!

We had a fantastic experience purchasing our home through Avocado Property. From start to finish, Neil (from Dan & Neil estate management) and Emma were incredibly professional, friendly, and supportive throughout the entire process.<br><br>Buying a house can be stressful, especially as first time buyers, but they made everything feel so much smoother. They were always quick to respond to our questions through WhatsApp group, kept us updated at every stage, and genuinely cared about helping us complete the purchase. The support provided by them enabled us to achieve completion in less than 2 months which is much quicker than average processing time.<br>Their communication was excellent, and they went above and beyond to ensure everything progressed as smoothly as possible.<br><br>They were very helpful even after exchange and completion and promptly responded to all our queries.<br><br>We are so grateful for all their hard work and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Avocado Property to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. Since making first contact with Brendan and Jerome for advice on how to sell my property, I was so impressed from the start. They both are so kind, friendly and really listened to what I needed. Brendan and Jerome and professional and highly knowledgeable. They advised me on best steps for me. Brendan and Jerome made the processes feel clear and offered me so much support. I felt involved and they kept me updated regularly. If I had any questions I felt really comfortable to call and speak to them. Brendan and Jerome are so easy to make contact with and always quick to respond to any queries. The experience I have had with Brendan and Jerome is personable and bespoke to you as an individual.
