I would like to thank Justine Davies of the Weybridge branch for her recent considerable help, professionalism, and courtesy at all times during a recent viewing. I was most impressed!
I very much wanted to visit a delightful small house in the Weybridge (Oatlands) area which was of considerable interest to me even though I had only just put my own current property onto the market for sale.
Justine attended promptly at the property and showed me everything about the property in detail, pointing out it's many very good points which were fairly considerable, then patiently explaining that it would be typically advantageous if my own property were already under offer in order to indicate to the vendors that I was in a realistic position to pursue the purchase of this property, given the vendor required as early a sale as was reasonable.
I very much liked this property, and I duly submitted my formal offer for the property on the clear understanding and realistic advice from Justine that other offers may come in for this Weybridge property, but my offer would be held as pending until such time as the vendor accepts the most suitable offer, bearing in mind my own flat was not yet under offer itself. This advice was clearly realistic and therefore valuable to me for my learning curve in purchasing a property which I had not done during the last 13 years.
In the event, the property I liked so much had just very recently received another offer which had been accepted by the vendor, but Justine had the decency and courtesy to tactfully keep me informed and let me know that this property was unfortunately no longer available for sale. I very much appreciated her very prompt and essential update.
Justine also immediately advised me that details of other (hopefully suitable) properties will be sent to me when they become available, and very hopefully I will have an offer on my current property in the foreseeable future.

Exceptional service from start to finish, very professional, great communication and Gaynor was possibly the best agent I’ve encountered in 30 years of buying and selling property. There was a calm and measured approach at all times through a difficult and lengthy chain.

We would highly recommend jackson-stops estate agents, based on the sale of our house.
With special mention to Hannie Theobald who kept us informed, updated and who handled negotiations and other parties involved with true care and attention.
She definately goes above and beyond, and I believe the chain would have broken several times if it was not for her ability to listen, and find solutions. She is everything an estate agent should be, and more.

Anthony and Christina were very friendly, professional and knowledgable. Christina in particular went the extra mile on more than one occasion to ensure everything, from sale to completion, stayed on track. She was amazing.

Jane and Stuart are two of the most professional Estate Agents my wife and I have dealt with. Although they found a buyer for our property relatively quickly, the buyers solicitor was extremely slow and inefficient. However, Jane and Stuart worked hard to complete the sale and kept us informed and updated during the whole process.
Their fees are extremely competitive, they are centrally located and provide an excellent service. Highly recommend.
