We have sold through Jacobs Steel and move on Monday. Our first time moving in nearly 33 years and the team helped us all the way. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend them and were particularly impressed with the Sales Progressor, Richard, as do not think we had anyone like him to help keep moving things forward and advise, when we last moved all those years ago.

If those words resonate with you when searching for an Estate Agent then choose Jacob Steel, Lancing!<br>Having moved many times over the years I can honestly say that Ross is exceptional. Along with Mel and the team they are by far the best agents around!<br>Their Customer Service is second to none. Excellent and clear communication at all times, availability and calls returned. They were punctual , always confirming visits, dates and times. Consistent feedback.<br>And on top of that Ross is one of the most professional and patient guys I've ever met. Complete empathy with the client, polite and nothing was too much trouble. I didn't think agents existed like this BUT they DO ??????!!<br>Thank you guys! A difficult situation moving from UK to France and all the bits in between but you did it!!<br>Bon continuation ??????

Really great experience buying & selling through Jacob Steel. All the team are incredibly helpful and really know what they are talking about. They were realistic about the price we should go on the market for and we appreciated they didn't sugar coat it. A huge thank you in particular to Aden and Shannon, who are both incredible.

I thought all the team in the town centre were friendly and helpful. I was mainly dealing with Joe, who was professional, knowledgeable, and very understanding of the stress I was going through.
