Jeremy and the team did an outstanding job selling my late friend’s apartment. With a lease involved, their guidance was clear, practical, and reassuring. They gave sound advice at every step and made what could have been a complicated process feel completely manageable.
Their professionalism was exceptional throughout. We were kept fully informed with regular updates, and they worked tirelessly to arrange consistent viewings until the right buyer came along. Their strong local knowledge was invaluable, and they even provided trusted contacts for services such as clearance firms and solicitors, which made the whole experience far smoother.

Jeremy McGinn & Co have been my estate agent for the sale of my property over the past few months, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The entire process, from October to March, was impressively quick and smooth.
One of the standout qualities was their in-depth knowledge of the market. As soon as I considered selling, they provided a comprehensive report covering current market conditions, insights on my street, and buyer demand. This gave me great confidence from the outset.
They were never pushy, but always responsive and proactive in keeping me informed. I particularly appreciated their honesty—both about the state of the market and realistic expectations for the sale price.
The marketing was excellent. The photos of my property looked fantastic, and they even arranged the Energy Performance Certificate on the same day, which minimised disruption—especially important as I work from home.
They also recommended and coordinated with a solicitor who was equally reliable and efficient. Together, they worked seamlessly, and communication throughout the process was consistently clear and timely.
Although no major issues arose, I have no doubt they would have handled any challenges quickly and professionally.
If you’re looking for a trustworthy and knowledgeable estate agent, I would highly recommend Jeremy McGinn & Co. If I ever move again, they will be my first call! So, a massive thank you to the whole team for all their effort at the Alcester office. I appreciate everything you have done for me and my family.

Could not fault friendly and professional service from valuation to completion. The sale of my mother’s property was somewhat emotional and stressful but made so much easier by the team. I was really pleased with the marketing and negotiations. Emma was amazing professional and reassuring and ensured the sale progressed to completion as smoothly as possible. Highly recommend.
